Where does Le Sac ship to?


  • Items must be signed for upon receipt.  If you're not at home a card will be left.  We recommend business addresses.
  • Items will not be left unattended unless Authority To Leave (ATL) has been requested.
  • No P.O. Boxes unless you are ordering a Cover (only).
  • Third Party carriers do not call in advance.
  • Tracking will be provided.

*Please note that should you choose an ATL service, Le Sac is not responsible for the possible loss, damage or theft of your order.

  • Items are considered "oversized" when shipping, therefore charges can be expensive.
  • Please check your country's importation, duty and tax laws before purchasing

How does my order arrive?

Le Sacs are delivered in a compressed state, roughly a quarter of the actual size of the item.  In a standard single item order you will receive the following:

  1. 1 x Compressed Foam Insert - Cover included.

Your order is booked with a courier and will travel via road express services.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Usually 5-7 business days.  On occasion your item may take up to 3 WEEKS for delivery.  If you live in a remote location, shipping may take a little longer.  In the event that your order will surpass this forecast, we will notify you.

*Please note that occasionally courier companies separate the items during transit - especially if you've ordered one of our larger items (Lanren or K2).  Your goods are dispatched from the store together, however due to the OH&S standards associated with heavy items, carriers sometimes require a specialised service.  If your order is not completed within three business days of receiving your first parcel, please call us.

Does my order have a tracking number?

Yes.  We will provide a tracking number once the item has left the warehouse.  We use the email associated with your account upon purchase.  If you have an alternative email you wish to receive correspondence from, please contact the store.

Can I order online and pick up from the showroom? 

No.  If you wish to pick up from the showroom, call us to purchase over the phone.  Upon pick up, we will require the license of the customer or agent picking up from the order for our records.

*Please note that picking up in-store is subject to availability.  Manufacturing your order may still take up to 3 weeks to be completed.*

Does my order leave the warehouse straight away?

No.  Le Sac operates on a made-to-order basis.  We don't carry a warehouse full of stock at all times.  Your order is processed on the next working day.  Then, the order is sent to the factory where it joins a queue.  We try to maintain a minimum quantity on hand, however they too quickly sell out. When they do, showroom buyers also have to wait up to 3 weeks for their order to be completed.

Can I change or add items to my order once it has been processed? 

Yes.  Please contact the store immediately with your requests.  In the event that the order has been dispatched, we will work with you to solve the changes you need. 

*Please note that if an exchange is requires after delivery has been made, the customer is responsible for all postage costs - unless the fault lies with Le Sac.

Has Le Sac ever lost an item?

Never.  Customers always receive their orders.
